Our website is an online platform that provides a venue for users to purchase various digital products and services.

A. REFUND POLICY FOR OUR PRODUCTS & SERVICES:
1. Our products are currently delivered by email only. After your purchase has been approved we will process your order. Orders are typically processed within an hour but could take as long as 48 hours to complete. Once your order has been processed we will send you a confirmation email using the email address you provided upon placing your order.


2. This email will serve as your electronic purchase receipt and will contain the information you need to access our products.

 

3. If there is an issue with the product itself, such as dead proxies, etc, then we can try and assist you in getting a working proxy list as soon as possible, or issue a refund if no solution can be found in a reasonable amount of time.


4. As all of our products are digital goods, for circumstances where the customer has simply changed their mind about a purchase, a 15% restocking fee applies to the order. The following products are excluded from refunds: Pro Residential Data Plans, ALL 24 Hour Release Day Proxies and ALL Bot Rentals.  We aim to make sure that the product is represented clearly and fairly so that the customer can make an informed decision prior to purchasing a product.


5. We review each case individually, please contact us if you are unhappy in any way.


6. 24 Hour Release Day Proxies: We, Blank Proxies, will not be held liable if in the case that the release did not occur on a specific day, we will not adhere to any request for a refund/exchange/return, if in the case the order has already been fulfilled.
